Convert Text To HTML Entities

The HTML language is a markup language used for presenting content on the web. Browsers can read HTML and render it as a webpage. When you view a webpage, the browser reads the HTML code and translates it into text, images, video, etc.

When it comes to typing in HTML code, there are many symbols that can be typed in. These symbols are known as entities. There are two different types of entities: character references and numeric character references. Character references are used in order to insert characters that do not have a keyboard key. Numeric character references are used when you want to do calculations or reference a specific number on the keyboard that is not found on the regular qwerty keyboard.
