Find All Prime Numbers Up To Or Less Than A Specified Number

Prime numbers are whole numbers that are only divisible by themselves and 1. Part of what makes them so fascinating is their seemingly unpretentious nature. They don't have any factors within the number, which makes them difficult to break down mathematically.

There is an infinite number of prime numbers, but not all have been found yet. The first prime number is 2, followed by 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 19, 23.

Prime numbers have many applications in everyday life. For example, prime numbers are often used in cryptography, where unique keys are essential for the functioning of an encryption-decryption algorithm.
